The fourth LTTA was planned to train the teachers who would take part in the project since they would be mentors who would guide the students about climate change, create the project outcomes, and prepare presentations via different web2 tools. That's why teachers had to be competent in using web2 tools and have adequate scientific knowledge based on environmental issues to direct students appropriately and efficiently to reach desired results, they also had to need to learn innovative ways in which climate change can be incorporated into their syllabus in the long term.
The participants acquired scientific knowledge related to environmental issues and developed their competencies about how to integrate new methods into school teaching methodology and direct students by building an interdisciplinary climate change education program. Furthermore; they enhanced their skills to motivate students toward project-based and ICT- based learning.
